During last night’s meeting we decided to meet twice a month, 1st and 3rd Tuesdays! Everyone unanimously agreed that we were having fun and meeting twice would be beneficial to all.

We decided to scale down to 1 chapter every time we meet; that way we still cover two chapters a month.

We had another great meeting yesterday and here are the highlights/tips:

• Again, we were so involved in our conversation, we could not go beyond chapter 2 (instead of the planned chapter 3)
• Some of the tips we threw around to manage priorities:
• Use google SideBar/Calendar
• Use ClearContext (a great add-on to Outlook)
• Use your cell phone’s task management features
• We also had a great debate about important versus unimportant tasks and responsibilities
• We some how wandered off to talk about different kinds of relationship managers i.e. product manager, project manager, engagement manager and account managers.
