Another awesome discussion
We had another great meeting yesterday and here are the highlights/tips:
- Again, we were so involved in our conversation, we could not go beyond chapter 2 (instead of the planned chapter 3)
- Some of the tips we threw around to manage priorities:
- Use google SideBar/Calendar
- Use ClearContext (a great add-on to Outlook)
- Use your cell phone’s task management features
- We also had a great debate about important versus unimportant tasks and responsibilities
- We some how wandered off to talk about different kinds of relationship managers i.e. product manager, project manager, engagement manager and account managers.
